Cinnamon Twist Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. raisins
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix 1 3/4 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
    Combine milk, water and 1/4 cup margarine in saucepan.
    Heat over low heat until liquids are very warm (120\u00b0).
    Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat.
    Stir in raisins and enough flour to make stiff dough.
    Turn out on lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic.
    Roll out each half to a 12-inch square.
    Brush with melted butter.
