Filled Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir first 4 ingredients into butter and blend well.
    Blend in well beaten eggs, mixed with milk.
    Blend in vanilla and beat just to mix.
    Pour 1/2 batter in well-greased and floured large loaf pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of filling.
    Add rest of batter and top with filling.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
