Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. fat
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Soak yeast in water.
    Add 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Put salt, fat and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl.
    Pour on boiling water.
    Stir well. Cool.
    Add the yeast and beaten eggs.
    Beat in 4 cups of flour. Work in the rest of flour.
    Put in large container.
    Cover and store in refrigerator approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Keeps 1 week.
