Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped up leftover roast beef or more
    1 large chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    3 sticks chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    a few drops Worcestershire sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Cook onion, pepper and celery in oleo until clear.
    Add roast beef and cook about 5 minutes. Stir in soups, water and sauces. Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
