Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites with electric mixer until frothy.
Add pecan halves.
Stir until coated with egg whites.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Add to pecans and mix well.
Spread on buttered (or oleo) cookie sheet.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes.
