Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk, scalded
    7 Tbsp. lard (shortening)
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour, sifted
Preparation
    Soak yeast in lukewarm water; pour scalded milk over lard, sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Then add yeast, eggs and flour.
    Beat dough about 5 minutes or until it blisters.
    Place in covered bowl in refrigerator.
    Take out about 3 1/2 hours before using.
    Form into rolls.
    Let rise 3 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
