Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hot peppers with seeds
    1 c. bell peppers without seeds
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 box Certo
Preparation
    Put peppers all in blender and liquify.
    Strain and use juice only.
    Add juice, vinegar and 6 cups sugar.
    Bring to boil; remove from heat and skim top.
    Return to heat and add Certo and red or green food coloring.
    Bring to hard boil for 1 minute.
    Jar and seal.
