Pineapple Bakeless Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserving 2 Tbsp. juice
1 1/2 tsp. evaporated milk
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 box vanilla wafers
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Cream butter, add sugar and mix well.
Add egg, mix well. Add evaporated milk and pineapple.
Fold in pecans.
Alternate layers of wafers with pineapple mixture in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish. Should make 2 layers.
Top with Cool Whip.
Chill for 12 hours or more.
Serves 8.
