Orange Jello Salad Or Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
3 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
1/2 c. sugar
1 jar junior size apricot baby food
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix dry Jell-O with crushed pineapple in pan and bring to a full boil.
Add next 2 ingredients and let cool. Beat cream cheese and add to cooled mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 hour until Jell-O starts to set.
Fold in a large carton Cool Whip (beat with mixer at low speed).
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Serves 8 to 10.
