Italian-Style Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium tomato, sliced
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Stir together bread crumbs, milk, onion, parsley, Parmesan cheese, garlic and pepper.
    Add meat; mix well.
    Shape into 4 patties 3/4-inch thick.
    Place patties on unheated rack of a broiler pan (or grill).
    Cook 6 minutes; turn for 6 to 8 more minutes until done.
    Top each burger with a slice of tomato; sprinkle with oregano and Mozzarella.
    Broil 1 to 2 minutes more. Makes 4 servings at 202 calories each.
