Pork Chops - Sweet-Sour - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. flour
6 pork chops
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients in a bag.
Rinse chops in cold water and shake one at a time in bag.
Brown chops in melted shortening or Pam in skillet.
Add pineapple juice and vinegar.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Cover and cook over low
heat about 30 minutes. Remove chops and keep warm.
If you desire additional gravy, add remaining flour mixture to pan and stir with some orange juice until thickened.
Gravy is good on sweet or white potatoes, boiled or mashed.
