Apple Cranberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/3 c. white flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter or margarine
2 cans whole cranberries
2 large apples
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients well.
Melt butter in microwave with Saran Wrap.
Add that to dry ingredients mixture.
Spread cranberries on the bottom of an ungreased baking pan.
Cut and core apples.
Spread over the cranberries.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
Pat down lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
