Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. green apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Peel and slice green apples.
Pour sugar over apples and let sit.
Sift flour two times; add baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to apples with beaten eggs, oil and vanilla.
Add chopped nuts. Mix until smooth.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve with dollop of whip cream and a dash of cinnamon.
