Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Saute chicken until brown. Remove chicken and place in baking dish.
Add onion and pepper to remaining margarine and cook until onion is clear.
Turn off heat and add mushrooms and liquid.
Add sour cream and chestnuts.
Pour over chicken; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with rice.
