Vegetable Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 1/2 oz. can French-style green beans, drained
17 oz. can green peas, drained
2 oz. jar pimentos
11 oz. can white Shoe Peg corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sweet pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Place first 8 items in a clean glass jar or bowl.
Bring sugar, vinegar and oil to a boil.
Let cool and pour over vegetables.
Let stand 24 hours before serving.
Stir a few times. Keeps about 2 weeks in refrigerator.
