Japanese-Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    2 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
Preparation
    Note:
    For stronger flavor, add 1 to 2 teaspoons ground ginger.
