Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 (10 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (reconstituted natural strength)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 dash Texas Pete
    1 dash salt
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Form into two balls and roll in paprika and parsley flakes.
