Shrimp Or Crab Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 cans cooked shrimp
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Simmer soup, onions and celery for 10 minutes.
    Dissolve gelatin in water; add to soup and stir well.
    Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
    Add 2 cans cooked shrimp.
    Pour into mold pan; set in refrigerator until jelled.
    Serve with crackers.
    Food coloring can be added (red or green for Christmas decoration or another color for another occasion).
