Peanut Cracker Dippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. chocolate-flavored candy coating, cut into pieces
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    48 round buttery crackers
Preparation
    In top of double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate coating. Using half of the crackers, spread 1 teaspoon peanut butter on each; top with another cracker.
    Using tongs or 2 forks, dip each cookie into chocolate.
    Place on wire rack over waxed paper.
    Cool completely.
    Yields 24 cookies.
