Exquisite Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
5 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie crust

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar well.
Add eggs, vinegar, nuts, coconut and raisins; mix well.
Add vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is light golden brown.
