Chop Suey(My Children'S Favorite Meal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef or pork, cut in cubes
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. water
    2 c. rice
    4 c. water
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cut beef or pork in cubes.
    Saute.
    Add celery, onion, soy sauce and 2 cups water.
    Simmer; thicken with flour or cornstarch. Cook rice, 4 cups water and salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Turn on low. Serve.
    Place rice on plate; add chop suey.
