8 potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and sliced lengthwise into 8 equal strips
Preparation

Make a double pan of foil on a cookie sheet.
Add salt and parsley to potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Almost seal the foil. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
