Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. egg substitute
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. cold water
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. safflower oil
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Lightly beat egg substitute, milk and water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Blend with wire whisk.
    Bake on a preheated Teflon griddle.
    Turn pancakes when top side is bubbly and a few bubbles have broken.
    Can make blueberry pancakes.
    When bubbles form, add berries, turn and brown on other side.
