Braised Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 halibut steaks
    salt and pepper
    rosemary flakes
    basil flakes
    green onions, sliced thin
    ginger, minced
    garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
    lemon slices
Preparation
    In nonstick frying pan, heat oil.
    Sprinkle halibut with salt, pepper and garlic powder, followed by rosemary and basil flakes. Arrange in frying pan and cover for 3 minutes.
    Turn halibut and cover for another 3 to 5 minutes or until flesh is opaque and flaky when touched with a fork.
    Garnish with minced ginger and finely sliced green onions and lemon slices.
    Serve with rice pilaf.
