Pecan Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Stir.
    Add sugar, salt and pecan halves.
    Pick out each pecan with a fork and place on buttered baking sheet one inch apart.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 275\u00b0 or until thoroughly dry.
