Lemon Pie (Custard) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/8 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. water
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
butter (size of walnut)
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Add sugar to water and bring to a boil.
Add milk with beaten egg yolks and bring to a boil.
Add just enough water to cornstarch to mix and add slowly to mixture.
Turn heat down low and let bubble for 3 or 4 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and lemon extract.
Pour in baked pie shell.
