Gourmet-Basmati Rice-Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can French onion soup
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1 1/3 c. basmati rice
    1 stick melted butter
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the cheese in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring once after 1/2 hour.
    Fluff rice lightly with fork and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven; finish baking for 1/2 hour.
    Easy to make. Delicious.
