Oven Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. raw peanuts, if desired
Preparation
    Cook the first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes.
    Add soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popped corn and stir.
    Place in a large cake pan.
    Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Spray pan with Pam before baking.
