Sunday Night Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken mushroom soup
    1 can water
    2 celery ribs, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    Louisiana hot sauce
    4 fish filets
Preparation
    Salt fish to taste.
    Place in baking dish.
    Combine soup, water, celery, onion and as much hot sauce as you like.
    Pour over fish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 just until fish is flaky.
    Do not overcook. Serve over hot rice.
