Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Whip egg white and water together.
Mix in pecans.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together, pour over pecans and mix well.
Put on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes in 250\u00b0 oven.
Stir.
Bake for another 30 minutes at 275\u00b0.
Let cool.
