Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dark brown sugar
    1/4 c. oleo
    4 Tbsp. water
    8 Tbsp. flour
    4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine in bowl the flour, egg yolks and milk.
    Bring to boil the brown sugar, oleo and water.
    Add mixture to bowl ingredients and boil 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie shell and cool.
    May top with Cool Whip before serving.
