Pastitso(Greek Lasagne) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large yellow onion, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 lb. lasagne noodles
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    3 eggs, beaten
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    4 c. Bechamel Sauce (For Pastitso)
Preparation
    Saute the hamburger along with the yellow onion in the oil. When the onion is clear, drain grease, then add the parsley, garlic, cinnamon, tomato sauce and white wine.
    Let this cook together for 30 minutes.
