Essie'S Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    strips of round steak (1 lb.)
    pepper
    salt
    2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chili peppers
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In a large skillet, place 2 tablespoons oil. Season strips of steak and cook in oil until browned.
    Cover steak with bell peppers and onions.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring as needed. Add the tomatoes and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Let mixture simmer for another 30 minutes.
