Oven Kalua Pig - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork butt
2 Tbsp. coarse rock salt
4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Score pork on all sides by slashing diagonally 1/4-inch deep and 1-inch apart.
Rub meat with salt and liquid smoke.
Wrap pork in foil and seal tightly.
Place pork on rack in roasting pan. Roast in a 550\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, then at 400\u00b0 for 3 hours. Meat will be falling apart tender and may be shredded to serve. Add your favorite barbecue sauce.
