Minted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. cauliflower florets, blanched
    1/4 tsp. mint flakes, crushed
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In 8-inch skillet, heat oil.
    Add cauliflower, mint, salt and pepper; saute until cauliflower is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and saute for 2 minutes longer.
    Serves 2.
