Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Add dry ingredients. Stir until moist.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes. Freezes well.
