Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 slices firm bread, crust removed
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Cube 2 slices bread; place on bottom of baking dish (oblong Pyrex dish).
Add chicken mixture.
Beat eggs and milk and pour over all.
Let stand 1 hour longer, better overnight.
