Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless chicken, pounded thin
2 eggs, beaten
vegetable oil
grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 jar spaghetti sauce (30 oz.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Dip chicken into egg, then into bread crumbs to coat thoroughly.
In a large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in vegetable oil.
Drain on paper towel.
Pour 1 cup sauce in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Layer chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked.
