Blue Cheese Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 c. milk
1/2 pkg. Blue cheese
crushed cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan and add flour.
Stir in milk. Cook until thickened. Add cheeses. Cook broccoli. Drain and place in baking dish.
Pour the cheese sauce over.
Top with crushed cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles, about 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
