Shrimp Milano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, cleaned, cooked and drained
2 c. mushroom slices
1 c. green pepper strips
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. whipping cream
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. fettucini, cooked and drained
Preparation

In large skillet, saute shrimp, vegetables and garlic in margarine.
Reduce heat to low and add cream, cheese and dill seed.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Add fettucini and toss lightly.
