Potatoes Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chilled, mashed potatoes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Add seasoned salt to potatoes.
Divide into 4 portions.
Roll into shape of a ball.
Shake in bag with cornflakes.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
