Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. Griffin waffle syrup
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    1 c. pecans, halved or chopped
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg thoroughly with sugar, salt, syrup and melted oleo. Add pecans.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
    Cool and serve.
