Jamaica Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. sifted flour
2 c. bananas, diced
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
Cool Whip
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients; mix well.
Add all other ingredients except Cool Whip; stir well.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Top with Cool Whip and finely chopped pecans.
