Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. hot water
    salt
    1/2 tsp. beef bouillon
    24 small corn tortillas
    1 lb. grated cheese or Velveeta, cubed
    oil
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain, reserving grease for gravy.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Stir.
    Set aside.
    Add chili powder to hot grease and enough flour to absorb grease.
    Add hot water, stirring to keep from lumping.
    Add beef bouillon.
    This will be a fairly thin gravy.
    Add salt to taste.
