Ingredients

16 oz. can veggie scallops
1/3 c. onions, diced
2 oz. herb seasoning mix
1/4 c. veggie oil
6 oz. Morning Star Scramblers
6 oz. evaporated milk
4 oz. shredded Colby cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil
4 oz. cranberry gel
4 oz. mild picante
Preparation

Finely chop scallops.
Combine all ingredients (except cranberry and picante).
Mix well and pour into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Heat cranberry jelly sauce and picante and pour over roast.
Serve.
