Spicy Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and 2 inches of green)
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients 1 minute before serving catfish. Check seasonings carefully.
