Creamy Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. diced celery
4 medium potatoes
4 slices bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley (use fresh sprigs for garnish)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can whole milk
1 tsp. butter
oyster crackers (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cover chicken with water; add garlic and celery and boil until done.
Dice chicken when cooked; set aside with broth.
Scrub clean potatoes; dice with peel on and cook in chicken broth.
