Aunt Lucy'S Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 (8 oz.) box elbow macaroni
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and green peppers in an electric skillet in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Then pour in 1 large can of tomato juice. Let come to a boil.
    Add box of macaroni; let come to a boil. Pinch up ground beef and drop in boiling tomato juice.
    Cover and cook until all liquid is absorbed.
    Top with Velveeta cheese. Kids really love this!
