Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large ribs celery, chopped fine (1 c.)
1 small onion, chopped fine (1/4 c.)
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a covered saucepan, simmer celery, onion, bouillon and water until vegetables are tender.
Add milk, salt and pepper and simmer, uncovered, until hot.
Makes 1 quart.
