Always Good Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
Preparation
-
Mix flour, Crisco and salt until crumbly.
Beat together water, vinegar and egg.
Add to first mixture.
Prepare and place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
This pie crust is better for pies like pecan, etc., that you cook in the crust.
